[00:00:00] What's up everyone. It is Sean from the tactical empire. I'm writing solo today. So I'm going to give you an episode. It's going to be real short, but it's gonna be super effective. If you implement it into your life, this is something that I got out of the meetup we had for the tactical empire's inner circle in Scottsdale, Arizona, back in October.
The thing about these meetups is like, you never know what you're going to take away. That's going to make a big impact in your life. It might be something super, super small, a little habit tweak here, a little habit tweak there, or something super big. It might be a whole change of plans for your business or your life.
But one of the things that I took away was. Uh, shout out to an inner circle member, Rob, he gave us a chat GPT prompt that he's been utilizing, uh, essentially as an executive coach. And I absolutely loved what he told us. The prompt that he gave us and I have implemented it in my life and it is a game changer.
So I'm going to read [00:01:00] you the prompt that you can put into your chat. GBT make this its own conversation in your account and label it executive coach. Okay. So this is the prompt. Please act like an executive coach. Each morning I write a personal journal about topics that are on my mind, and I try to write my true inner thoughts to help clarify my true feelings.
Below is my writing journal entry from today. I find that just writing things Writing these feelings helps to calm my mind and helps me make better decisions during the day. Please read it and offer me any advice you have, especially about how I can put myself in the best decision making mindset. Note that today is, and put in the date, the second workday of the new year, whatever it may be.
When giving your advice, act like an executive elite coach with high expectations of me. Don't take what I wrote at face value, rather challenge me [00:02:00] on what I might be missing so that I can do better. Help me to dig deeper, think harder, make tougher decisions, and communicate more clearly. In summary, approach your coaching with this attitude, quote, I'm giving you these comments because I have high expectations and I know that you can reach them, end quote.
In almost every situation, there's something I can do or could have done in order to improve the likelihood of a better outcome. Bias, your feedback to helping me identify these areas that are within my control. So that is the prompt that you should give chat GPT. Turn your chat GPT into an executive coach, an elite coach, have chat GPT, put you in the right mindset to make decisions, challenge chat, PT, chat, GPT, to look for the areas that you may be biased towards and that you may be missing.
Now, here's the thing about AI and especially chat GPT. It's just like humans in one sense, and it's in, it's like humans [00:03:00] in regards to, we want to get the maximum output for the least amount of work. We want the shortest path, path of resistance. So with that being said, chat GPT does the same thing. It's going to give you the lowest level, easiest answer that it can come.
Come up with within the parameters that you gave it. It can be a very good answer, but that is a level one answer. So when you really want to be challenged, when you really want to dig deep after chat, GPT gives you a response from the prompt you gave it. You can acknowledge what it gave you as a level one response and ask for a level two response.
It's going to sound something like this. Thank you for your feedback. That is a level one response. I would like you to now give me a level two response. And I promise you when I started doing that, holy shit, it opened up a whole nother level of chat GPT as an executive coach to me. And yes, you can go to level three, level four and infinite and infinite, infinite, but you, most of you [00:04:00] listening to this probably don't need to go that deep.
So short five minute episode today. If you utilize chat, GPT free version or paid version, go in. Give it a prompt to be an elite coach, to help you make, get in a mindset, to make better decisions, to be unbiased, and to challenge you on the thoughts that you have. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
